    You are invited to our 24-hour Open House. If you cannot attend the K5EOK FD please attend another Field Day operation near you, http://www.arrl.org/field-day-locator Anyone can operate a radio at our site using our club radio class privileges. This is our annual open house for everyone to attend and learn about Amateur Radio! For the second year we plan to host the largest in Oklahoma with 7 transmitters on emergency power. We really hope you can attend - even if it’s only for a couple minutes. What to expect to see at our Field Day: Voice, morse code and digital communications on HF radio bands - lower than you receive on your car’s AM/FM radio (3 Mhz to 50 Mhz) Communications using orbiting satellites Communications on VHF radio bands (144 MHz) Winlink Global Radio Email for Emergency communications (used heavily in Puerto Rico, Carr, Waccasassa, Camp and Woolsey wildfires, hurricane Katrina, Rita, Wilma, Dolly...)   3. LibertyFest KiteFest

    June 29, 2019 - June 30, 2019 @ Mitch Park

    We will paint the sky with hundreds of kites flown by anyone who wants to "go fly a kite." The festival includes making kites for even the youngest kiter and a place to fly their new kite. Candy drops from a large kite will occur several time Saturday for the kids. Everyone is welcome to bring their own kite. Small sled kites will be given to every child so each child can fly a kite.
